Job Summary:

Cineplex, a leading entertainment company, is seeking a skilled Games Room Technician to join our team. As a Games Room Technician, you will be responsible for the daily operations and service of our entertainment facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance on all entertainment equipment, including troubleshooting, cleaning, and repair.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, addressing and resolving any concerns or issues.
  • Assist in maintaining the presentation and working condition of the entertainment room equipment.
  • Ensure the entertainment room exceeds functional and cleanliness standards.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures for health and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, onsite management, and company management.
  • Record all billing accurately to ensure remittance from locations.
  • Stock counters as needed to provide an ultimate guest experience.
  • Ensure the facility consistently meets standards throughout daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Technical experience considered an asset.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
