About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Embassy West Senior Living. As a key member of our food service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom and kitchen areas.

Responsibilities
  • Unload and wash dishes, glassware, and flatware in a timely and efficient manner
  • Operate dishwashers and other kitchen equipment to maintain a clean and sanitized environment
  • Restock supplies and condiments in the dishroom and kitchen areas
  • Participate in cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, and storage areas
  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and other storage areas
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized dishroom and kitchen environment
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
