We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishroom Attendant at Dexterra Group. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient dishroom environment, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized dishroom, including dish machines, sinks, and storage areas.
  • Wash, dry, and store dishes, glassware, and utensils in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Set up and maintain dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
  • Change water in dish machines and sinks every two hours, or as required by business levels.
  • Assist in the timely storage of food deliveries and maintain a clean and organized dry storage area.
  • Remove full trash cans and boxes at the end of each shift.
  • Follow posted daily dish cleaning duties and assist with food preparation as needed.
  • Must speak and read English.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a dishroom or kitchen environment an asset.
  • Food Handlers Certificate.
  • WHMIS certification.
