As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining a high level of sales and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage our store's finances effectively.
  • Order merchandise and maintain our inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure our team is working efficiently.
  • Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform our business decisions.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure our store is always well-stocked.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our sales team.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with our team and customers.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
