Compensation:
A competitive salary range for this role is offered between $88,990 and $127,923, depending on qualifications, experience, and internal salary evaluations.

Role Overview:

In the capacity of Business Partner for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, you will take charge of leading and organizing initiatives aimed at fostering a culture of belonging and improving workplace experiences for all employees at Interior Health.

  • Lead initiatives to support the DEI framework and engage with key stakeholders
  • Translate global DEI trends into practical programs
  • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance an inclusive employee lifecycle
  • Encourage the disclosure of self-identification data for DEI strategies
  • Facilitate collaboration through employee resource groups
  • Assist in the development of an Accessibility Plan for employees with disabilities
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop, review, and implement policies to support underrepresented groups
  • Conduct training and educational sessions on DEI topics
  • Ensure adherence to legislative requirements
  • Build relationships within Interior Health and the broader community
  • Provide guidance and support on DEI-related issues
  • Comply with Occupational Health & Safety policies
  • Perform other related duties as necessary
