- Attracting and recruiting student employees from educational institutions and career events
- Facilitating the organization of recruitment events at the company premises
- Assisting in the onboarding and training processes for student staff for seasonal roles
- Coordinating daily work schedules for team members
- Interacting with clients through phone and email communications
- Keeping accurate records of sales activities and services provided
- Performing database management duties
- Launching team-building contests and events
Proficiency in English is essential. While previous experience is advantageous, we prioritize the right mindset and will offer comprehensive training.
This position provides extensive training, full-time employment, a competitive salary, a group medical plan, RRSP matching, and travel accommodations. The starting salary is set at a minimum of $3750 per month for the first 8 months, with potential bonuses that could yield an annual total ranging from $30,000 to $50,000 during this period. Additional opportunities for off-season work may also be available.
