Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
    • Manage office supplies, including ordering and inventory control.
  • Communication

    • Communicate with clients and vendors, both internally and externally.
  • Organizational Skills
    • Develop and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database software.
