  • Coordinate appointment scheduling
  • Execute clerical tasks as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls
  • Calculate billing charges accurately
  • Perform data entry and assist with basic bookkeeping
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records
  • Proficient in word processing and accounting software
  • Experience with spreadsheet applications
  • Knowledge of MS Access, Excel, and Word
