We are seeking an experienced and innovative Medical Health Representative to join our Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC team. As a key member of our Workplace Health & Safety team, you will play a critical role in promoting a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first aid and emergency care to employees as needed
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to minimize workplace injuries
- Collaborate with site managers and wellness specialists to promote a healthy work environment
- Develop and implement first aid care plans for employees recovering from injuries
- Manage workers' compensation and return-to-work processes
- Maintain accurate records of employee care and treatment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR certification
- Valid first aid certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with workers' compensation and first aid teaching preferred
