Job SummaryWe are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support and service to our members. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to calls and inquiries related to healthcare benefits, program eligibility, and payment information
- Assess and resolve challenging situations, providing effective strategies for first-call resolution
- Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and dedication
- Work varying shifts between 7am and 10pm, Monday to Friday
- Fluency in both English and French, written and verbal
- High school diploma or equivalent, with training and education in customer service or healthcare
- 2+ years of experience in a contact center environment, with a strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, navigate multiple software applications, and concentrate for prolonged periods

In conjunction with our contract with the Federal Government, you will be required to have Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B) through the Public Works and Government Services Canada Department prior to your first day.
Remote Work Requirements- Private working area with a locked door and secure perimeter doors
- Approved locking file cabinet and a locked office space in a controllable environment
- Employee must connect to an approved home network, with a headset and no speaker phone
