The organization is currently in search of a Director of Engineering to spearhead the development of tools designed for medical professionals. This position calls for a mission-driven leader capable of addressing intricate challenges and influencing the future scalability of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish the technical vision, planning, and architecture for engineering teams
  • Collaborate with product and design leaders to enhance product vision
  • Oversee and nurture a team of technical leads
  • Implement best practices and improve team collaboration
  • Contribute to the technical roadmap in partnership with other leaders to ensure scalability

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams focused on customer engagement
  • Proven ability to develop and mentor technical leaders
  • Experience in collaborative settings with product, design, and data teams
  • Familiarity with continuous integration environments
  • Background in e-commerce or health technology sectors
