Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Task Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Support and Assistance: Provide support and assistance to our cleaning staff as needed, including training and guidance on best practices and procedures.
This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a high level of flexibility and adaptability. You will be working on a variety of sites, including offices and other facilities.
