At Chit Chats, we are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Branch Floater to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance with customs laws, and maintaining a clean and organized branch environment.
Responsibilities:- Client Service: Greet customers, represent Chit Chats' brand and values, and develop positive relationships with clients.
- Compliance and Operations: Ensure shipments comply with customs laws, process shipments meticulously, and maintain accurate records.
- Branch Maintenance: Maintain a clean and tidy branch, including receiving and processing shipments, and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Team Support: Assist branches with staffing shortages, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and contribute to a log of escalations.
- Language: Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
- Experience: Two years of branch/store management experience, with a strong background in customer service and operations.
- Skills: Strong computer skills, including expertise with Moneris, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, heavy lifting may be required.
