Job Title: Bilingual Branch Floater

At Chit Chats, we are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Branch Floater to join our team. As a key member of our branch operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance with customs laws, and maintaining a clean and organized branch environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Service: Greet customers, represent Chit Chats' brand and values, and develop positive relationships with clients.
  • Compliance and Operations: Ensure shipments comply with customs laws, process shipments meticulously, and maintain accurate records.
  • Branch Maintenance: Maintain a clean and tidy branch, including receiving and processing shipments, and ensuring the branch is organized and safe.
  • Team Support: Assist branches when short-staffed, ensure compliance with company safety and risk management policies, and contribute to a log of escalations.
Requirements:
  • Language: Fluency in English and French (spoken, written, and read).
  • Experience: Two years of branch/store management experience, with a preference for P&L experience.
  • Skills: Strong computer skills, including expertise with Moneris, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, heavy lifting may be required, and ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
