Job Overview

Yakitori Marketing Corp. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous-chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous-chef or equivalent position.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working on-site at our restaurant location. No remote work options are available.
