Creative Production Manager

Creative Production Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Production Manager to oversee the creative development process from concept to commercialization. This role will span across all Made by Gather brands, as well as Private label brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and plan photography asset creation for point of purchase applications, such as product gift boxes, and digital lifestyle and silos applications.
- Manage and improve studio functions regarding process, people, and deliverables.
- Create shoot briefs for the team, detailing style, lighting, angles, props, and type of food that align with the brand and item being briefed.
- Support the Creative Production Art Director in managing out-of-house sources of support, such as retouching, external photography, and agency studio productions.
- Work closely with post-production teams to ensure best-in-class deliverables by supporting asset selection and quality.
- Bring in new creative ideas and digital/visual trends to support Made by Gather's Creative vision.
- Coordinate with business partners on sample availability to ensure efficient production planning for high-volume asset creation.
- Brief and schedule CGI needs for the 3D designers' team.
- Manage asset sharing and storage.
- Ensure project and department milestones and goals are met and adhere to approved budgets.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in creative department processes and functions.
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, Capture One.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Strong positive motivational management skills of a team.
- Must be detailed and organized to master a dynamic schedule.
- Creative executional thinker.
- Bachelor's degree or secondary degree a plus.
