Job Title: Production Director, Creative Services

At 2K, we're seeking a seasoned Production Director to lead our Creative Services team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the development of high-quality products and services that meet the needs of our game projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with management to define the mission, objectives, priorities, and timelines of the Creative Services department.
  2. Develop and implement a clear decision-making framework for the department, ensuring that it is communicated to teams and respected by them.
  3. Anticipate and manage priority conflicts caused by the production schedule of various game projects.
  4. Ensure that internal clients (producers) are provided with critical information for their respective game projects.
  5. Validate deliverables to ensure they meet the expected quality level and are in line with game team expectations.
  6. Anticipate risks and implement contingency plans to address delays that may affect content, timelines, or quality.
  7. Define the needs of the department in terms of tools and ensure service level agreements with IT teams.
  8. Establish the organizational structure of the team, determine resource needs, and plan resource allocation.

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of project management and leadership experience.
  2. Knowledge of content development.
  3. Ability to influence change, anticipate blockers, and find creative solutions.
  4. Innovation-driven mindset.
  5. Collaborative and solution-oriented spirit.
  6. Interpersonal and communication skills (in English and French).
  7. Flexibility to adapt to changes in the industry.
