Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host to join our team at The Drake. As a Host, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to our guests, ensuring seamless check-ins, and creating memorable experiences that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Experience: Welcome guests, check them in, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Reservation Management: Accommodate guests, reservations, and walk-ins in a strategic manner to maximize service revenues.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the host team to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a similar, fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Professional, outgoing, and positive attitude; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and time manage.
  • Technology: Experience using reservation systems, OpenTable preferred.
