Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to clients in a variety of settings, including clinics and community-based programs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy, and incorporate this knowledge into your practice.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
