Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients
  • Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to promote client independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and professional development
Requirements
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in occupational therapy, preferably in areas such as brain injury/neurological rehabilitation, mental health, musculoskeletal/orthopaedic injury, home safety, ergonomics, and/or return to work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Proficiency in computer skills and ability to navigate electronic medical records
