As the Lead for the New Partner Engagement Team, you will oversee a group of French-speaking agents dedicated to onboarding new restaurants and enhancing their order performance.
This role is part of the Small & Medium Business (SMB) division, where you will report to the EU Head of New Partner Engagement and operate in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the New Partner Engagement Agents.
- Focus on coaching team members to enhance their skills, monitoring team conduct and attendance, providing performance reports, and refining essential onboarding procedures to ensure restaurant success.
- Collaborate with fellow Team Leaders.
- Ensure your team meets established objectives, implementing a performance management system.
- Assist restaurants in becoming proficient with our systems to maximize their partnership benefits.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in a management role.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Experience in account management or customer service is advantageous.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
