Position Summary
We are currently seeking dedicated Manufacturing Operators to become integral members of our dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for professionals eager to contribute to our growth and innovation journey. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment alongside passionate colleagues, all working towards establishing PNP as an industry leader.

Work Schedule
We offer two shifts for this position:
  • Morning Shift: 06:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday
  • Evening Shift: 14:00 to 22:00, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
Primary Duties:
  • Operate blending, grinding, and sifting machinery under the supervision of the Dispensing/Blending Room lead.
  • Accurately dispense raw materials in accordance with the Manufacturing Batch Record.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Report any equipment malfunctions promptly.
  • Perform other related tasks as directed by the supervisor.
  • Immediately notify the supervisor of any product quality issues.
  • Propose suggestions for process enhancements when applicable.

Qualifications
Knowledge:
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English.
Preferred Skills:
  • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is advantageous.
Core Skills:
  • Basic mathematical skills (addition and subtraction).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Proficient in using various tools.
Additional Skills:
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical equipment operation, such as V-blenders, ribbon blenders, sifters, grinders, and weighing scales is a plus.
Physical Abilities:
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 kg.
Health Requirements:
  • Must be in good health, free from communicable diseases and dust allergies.
