Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Metal Products Manufacturing Operator to join our team at Altech Aluminum (2004) ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating metal cleaning equipment, transporting raw materials and finished products, and assisting metal workers in various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate metal cleaning equipment to remove excess welds, rust, and other materials from metal products.
  • Transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually.
  • Assist structural steel and platework fitters, sheet metal workers, and metal machine operators.
  • Sort metal sheets and parts, scrap metal, and other materials.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas.
  • Read and interpret work orders.

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Work Environment: This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
