Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Metal Products Manufacturing Operator to join our team at Altech Aluminum (2004) ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience operating metal cleaning equipment and assisting structural steel and platework fitters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate metal cleaning equipment to remove excess welds, rust, scale and other materials from surfaces of metal products.
  • Transport raw materials, finished products and equipment throughout the plant manually.
  • Assist structural steel and platework fitters, sheet metal workers, metal machine operators or other metal workers.
  • Sort metal sheets and parts, scrap metal and other materials.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas.
  • Read and interpret work orders.

Requirements:

  • Experience an asset.
  • Durée de l'emploi: Permanent.

  • Heures de travail: 30 to 40 hours per week.
