Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Documentation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of all quality documentation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and efficiently to customer requests for documentation, including quality questionnaires and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and update the company's SharePoint platform, ensuring that all documents are organized, accessible, and current.
  • Track and manage raw material documentation, verifying supplier approvals and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Participate in the review and revision of technical documents, procedures, and other controlled materials to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of training plans for employees, aligning with continuous improvement initiatives within the quality assurance department.
  • Support the complaint handling process by gathering relevant documentation and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Perform other tasks related to documentation control and quality assurance as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific field.
  • Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience working within the food industry, specifically in quality assurance and safety practices.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint platform administration and document management systems.
