About Your Role

As a Public Relations Analyst at PSP Investments, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting research on industry trends and best practices to inform business decisions
  • Supporting the development of strategic communications plans to enhance the company's reputation
  • Capturing and analyzing data to inform business decisions and create engaging content
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including journalists and industry associations
  • Coordinating public speaking opportunities for senior leadership
  • Staying up-to-date on regulatory trends and industry developments in Canada
  • Managing the distribution of daily media monitoring reports
  • Conducting traditional and social media monitoring and analysis to identify reputational risks and opportunities
  • Supporting the creation of communications collateral, including press releases and social media posts
  • Collaborating with other teams to support the development of major corporate publications
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience, including internships
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • The ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines, with a positive and collaborative attitude
  • High fluency with computer programs, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Experience with media monitoring tools and Power BI would be an asset
  • Proficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn)
