Key Responsibilities
  • Lead before and after school programs for elementary age students
  • Develop and implement engaging and educational activities for students
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and school staff
  • Collaborate with other program staff to ensure a cohesive and effective program
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy environment for students
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year's experience working with elementary age students
  • Knowledge of recreational programming and youth development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with students, parents, and school staff
  • High School Completion Certificate or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid First Aid/CPR Certification
  • Experience working in a school or educational setting
