**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Harry Rosen. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and associates.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional service to clients and associates at our cash desk
- Perform daily cash handling functions, including opening and closing registers and processing sales transactions
- Bag and tag purchased products on behalf of customers
- Answer store phones and respond to client inquiries
- Maintain the service desk and ensure a clean and organized workspace
- Update and maintain client information files, including membership in our loyalty program
- Assist with inter-store transfer processing and e-commerce requests and shipments
- Support clients who have purchased online and are picking up products in-store
**Requirements**
- 2 years' experience working in a client-facing role at the service desk, with a strong focus on customer service
- A strong service orientation and a demonstrated desire to wow our customers
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Demonstrated interest in technology and its application in retail customer service
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage a long line of customers waiting for service
