Job Summary

The Private Client Risk Advisor plays a critical role in safeguarding and optimizing the wealth and assets of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families. This expert consultant position demands a high level of expertise and discretion, requiring a deep understanding of complex financial and risk management needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify and analyze various risks associated with their wealth.
  • Develop personalized risk management strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances, leveraging expertise in insurance solutions and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with the Private Client team and other areas of HUB to develop and implement effective risk management plans.
  • Represent HUB Private Client and HUB broadly in the marketplace as an expert in solving complex claim and insurance problems.
  • Lead business development activities, participating in target client events and community initiatives to foster relationships and drive growth.
  • Identify and participate in process improvement activities to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to ensure the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions.
Requirements
  • Relevant post-secondary degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of work experience serving clients/families in the high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth segments.
  • Strong relational skills, with a genuine sense of curiosity, effective active listening skills, and a strong desire to be in service to others.
  • Demonstrated high level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a compelling manner.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong comfort level in prospecting and business development.
  • Ability to connect and socialize with people at all levels, including senior executives and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
  • Ability to influence client behaviors and partner engagement.
  • Passion for identifying client needs and solving complex challenges proactively.
  • Bilingual.
