Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Caregiver to join our team at VaPal - Private Home. As a Family Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and hobbies.
  • Household Management: Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Medication Management: Assist clients with taking their medications as prescribed.
  • Transportation: Accompany clients on outings and errands as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a caregiving role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and a compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
Work Environment

As a Family Caregiver with VaPal - Private Home, you will work in a private residence, providing one-on-one care to our clients. You will be required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and may be required to travel to clients' homes.
