Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business and technical stakeholders
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and support
    • Stay focused on client outcomes and ensure all efforts translate to client success
  • Delivery
    • Review technical proposals and collaborate with delivery partners to oversee project delivery
    • Obtain and maintain knowledge of client technology landscapes to deliver technical pitches and services offerings
  • Operational
    • Ensure the existence of supporting documents for billing and revenue recognition
    • Know when and where to escalate within the technical organization and make effective use of resources
  • Financial
    • Protect current run rate and nominal growth, including selling all services to current buyers
    • Support account executives in selling services to new buyers
    • Own and manage the P&L for assigned accounts
  • Monitoring & Control
    • Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients and account executives
    • Provide revenue and margin guidance and ensure revenue recognition is done properly
