About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Implementation Specialist to join our team at TownSuite Municipal Software. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for assisting our growing company in the implementation of our eService modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to onboard our product(s) and ensure a seamless transition to our TownSuite mERP applications.
  • Collaborate with our team and clients to transition legacy systems to our eService portals and mobile apps, including eBills, Recreation, Facilities, 311, Work orders, Inspections, and Employee Portal.
  • Obtain and analyze data, reports, and implementation information from client configurations of their eServices.
  • Discuss concerns and additional information required with clients, team members, and Project Managers.
  • Verify legacy processes and information are accurately inputted within TownSuite using gathered reports and databases.
  • Review project progress with clients at key milestones and ensure a working TownSuite database.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects, meeting benchmarks and reporting on project status.
  • Attend meetings where expertise is required and note technical improvements for streamlined job processes.
  • Follow staff documentation for implementations and modify as necessary.
  • Assist clients in module training and track time worked on each project.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Local Government Administration, Accounting, Asset Management, Recreation, Human Resources, Municipal Government Finance, Inspections, Land management, Recreation, facility, and Event management.
  • Well-organized, patient, and attentive to details.
  • Effective team member with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and demonstrate the product via Zoom.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues independently or with our teams.
  • Good working knowledge of preferred tools, including Microsoft SQL Server, GitHub, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google G Suite.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing is an added advantage.
