About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Implementation Specialist to join our team at TownSuite Municipal Software. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for assisting our growing client base in the successful implementation of our Municipal ERP (mERP) solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Work closely with clients to onboard our mERP solutions, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems.
  • Implementation and Transition: Collaborate with clients and our team to transition clients from legacy systems to our mERP applications, including eService portals and mobile apps.
  • Data Collection and Verification: Obtain and verify critical implementation data from client configurations, ensuring accurate data input into our mERP solutions.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients, our team, and project managers to address concerns and provide updates on project progress.
  • Project Management: Take ownership of assigned projects, meeting benchmarks and deadlines, and reporting on project progress.
  • Technical Improvements: Identify and implement technical improvements to streamline job processes and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Documentation and Training: Maintain accurate documentation of implementations and provide training to clients on our mERP solutions.
  • Time Tracking and Focus: Accurately track time spent on projects and maintain focus on assigned tasks.
Requirements
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Municipal Government Administration, Accounting, Asset Management, Recreation, Human Resources, Municipal Government Finance, Inspections, Land management, Recreation, facility and Event management.
  • Soft Skills: Well-organized, patient, and attentive to details, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services, GitHub, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Google G Suite, and cloud computing.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software, including TownSuite Municipal mERP Software, CRM, Email Marketing, Screen / Video Capture Software, Graphic Design Applications, and Online Meeting Tools.
