Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proficient in operating and maintaining all lawn care machinery and tools
- Experience with snow removal equipment during winter months
- Strong commitment to work and meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and skills
- Able to manage a small team of 1-3 individuals while collaborating effectively
- Valid driving record and G License
- Capable of extended periods of walking and crouching
- Take pride in your work and thrive in a team-oriented environment
Compensation: Based on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay Range: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 35 – 45 hours per week
