Position Overview

CTG Brands Inc is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our logistics operations. This role is essential in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our warehouse activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced warehouse setting, managing various operational tasks and leading a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on warehouse performance.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of all computer systems and machinery.
  • Resolve any work-related issues, providing technical guidance and recommending improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Train staff on their responsibilities and company policies.
  • Assign, review, and manage the workload of team members.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize workflow.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the logistical operations of the warehouse.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise staff across various operational areas, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to handle heavy loads.
