Position Overview: Administrative Assistant

In the role of Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital part in supporting our client service representatives and management team. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the accurate issuance of documents and meticulous data entry to enhance client service and uphold the company's reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare documents and maintain client records. Generate policies, endorsements, and amendments. Process invoices, quotes, letters, PDF documents, financing contracts, endorsements, and other necessary paperwork with precision. Issue certificates as required. Manage correspondence as needed. Adhere to established procedures for all routine administrative and processing tasks. Coordinate the acquisition of new and renewal broker licenses for the team. Undertake miscellaneous tasks and special projects as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Completion of a college diploma (DEC). Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the insurance sector. Familiarity with EPIC is considered an asset. Bilingual proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English. Proficient in the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
