Job Title: Receptionist

Mawer Investment Management is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for office visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, and ensure all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a reception or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
