Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to requests and questions from store staff regarding system issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Update the database of requests and solutions to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain the availability of the "Karmak" and "ICC" systems in our corporate stores and distribution centers.
  • Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.
  • Perform triage of requests and solutions to ensure efficient resolution.
  • Solve problems and answer questions from users of the store systems.
  • Guide and train users to better utilize the system.
  • Maintain our store systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure the functionality of the systems to support store operations at all times.
  • Provide after-hours support on an alternative basis.
  • Maintain links with other systems support groups to optimize store system operations.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience offering user support.
  • Knowledge of product management and store operations.
  • Bilingualism essential (oral and written).
  • Knowledge of PCs and Windows NT or 2000.
  • Customer-focused, ability to listen, problem-solving, autonomy, interpersonal communication skills, patience.
  • College diploma (asset).
