Senior SharePoint Support and Development Resource

Job Summary:

SaskEnergy is seeking a highly skilled Senior SharePoint Support and Development Resource to join our IT Operations team. The successful candidate will design, maintain, support, and develop within the existing and future SharePoint solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, maintain, support, and develop within the existing and future SharePoint solution.
  2. Work within the IT Operations team.
  3. Have the ability to work as part of a larger team as well as independently.
  4. Have proven ability to switch focus quickly, learn new skills, and effectively prioritize work items, with minimal direction.
  5. Have the ability to troubleshoot and work through complex technical issues.
  6. Develop and maintain good documentation.
  7. Knowledge share/transfer.
  8. Participate in and perform development and code reviews.
  9. Identify and assist in the coordination of ongoing maintenance tasks, i.e., application and database server upgrades.
  10. Work closely with business and other IT team members on a day-to-day basis to address production support issues as well as changes and enhancements to existing applications.
  11. Follow SaskEnergy's established development and change management processes.

Requirements:

The successful Senior Resource candidate will have the following skills and knowledge areas:

• SharePoint development and support

• IT operations and support

• Governance and compliance

• Development and code reviews

• Documentation and knowledge sharing

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving

• Communication and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications:

North American job experience is considered an asset for this proposal.
