Adecco Canada is currently hiring a temporary, full-time Benefits Information Coordinator for our client, a reputable Crown Corporation in Saskatchewan.

As a member of the Support Services team in Employee Benefits, the Benefits Information Coordinator provides senior administrative support to the Board of Trustees, the Employee Benefit Plans Committee, the Working Committee, the Benefits Collaboration Forum, and the Director, Employee Benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Benefits Information Coordinator organizes and prepares for all Board of Trustee and Committee meetings, provides on-site meeting support, and manages the flow of communication between the various committees that serve the Employee Benefit Plans.
  • Acting as an ambassador for the organization, the Benefits Information Coordinator provides exceptional customer service in all dealings with our partners and stakeholders.
  • Responsible for keeping all Employee Benefit Plans communication materials in order and up-to-date on the company website, including policies and procedures, benefits bulletins, benefit forms, employee booklets, marketing materials, and other web content.
  • Maintains the Sharepoint and Diligent platforms for the Committees and Board of Trustees, ensuring all meeting packages and reference materials are up-to-date.
  • Provides a high level of administrative support to the Board of Trustees and Employee Benefits leadership team, ensuring that all meeting preparations are assembled and completed within specified deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, e.g., Communications, English, Journalism, or related field, from an accredited college or university, or completion of post-graduate courses preferred.
  • 3 years' experience in employee benefits.
  • Experience researching, writing, editing, and proofing various written material on behalf of an organization.
  • Experienced with committee work at a senior level.
  • Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation would be considered an asset.
