Job Title: SharePoint Senior Support, Maintenance, and Development Resource

Job Summary:

BQ International Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Senior Support, Maintenance, and Development Resource to join our team. As a key member of our IT Operations team, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, supporting, and developing within our existing and future SharePoint solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop SharePoint solutions to meet business requirements
  • Maintain and support existing SharePoint environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs
  • Develop and maintain documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and transfer
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality
  • Identify and assist in the coordination of ongoing maintenance tasks, such as application and database server upgrades
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to address production support issues and changes to existing applications
  • Follow established development and change management processes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SharePoint development, support, and maintenance
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint governance, training, security, and integration
  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, ASP,.Net, and other related technologies
  • Knowledge of IIS, Windows Server, and virtualized environments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • North American job experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and other related platforms
