Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Assistant en service client pour rejoindre notre équipe de conseillers en placement à BMO Nesbitt Burns. En tant que membre de notre équipe, vous contribuerez à offrir un service exceptionnel à nos clients et à soutenir les objectifs d'affaires de notre équipe.

Responsabilités
  • Coordonner les activités de marketing pour l'équipe de conseillers, y compris le site Web, les initiatives liées aux médias sociaux et la reconnaissance des clients.
  • Aider l'équipe de conseillers à se préparer aux rencontres avec les clients, notamment en fixant des rendez-vous.
  • Traiter les demandes et les demandes de renseignements courantes des clients, y compris les déplacements de fonds de base et les problèmes technologiques.
  • Produire des rapports et des documents pour les CP et les clients, selon les demandes.
  • Tenir à jour et organiser la base de données de la clientèle et les dossiers des clients.
  • Veiller à ce que les transactions et les tâches soient attribuées aux membres de l'équipe et exécutées de façon appropriée.
  • Offrir du soutien aux membres de l'équipe en ce qui a trait aux problèmes technologiques et aux demandes de renseignements généraux.
Compétences requises
  • Expérience professionnelle pertinente avec diplôme d'études postsecondaires dans un domaine connexe.
  • Connaissance de l'exploitation d'une société de gestion de patrimoine et de l'exploitation en succursale.
  • Connaissance des aspects opérationnels des produits traditionnels et non traditionnels.
  • Compétences en communication orale et écrite, en organisation, en collaboration et en analyse et résolution de problèmes.
