- Provide administrative/operational support including financial and transactional processing and reporting, account processing and documentation, compliance processing, and other related activities; ensure proper documentation and administration of decisions.
- Meet high-quality service standards to maximize relationship retention and growth.
- Identify and escalate all irregularities and discrepancies to management and compliance as per guidelines.
- Follow through on risk and compliance processes and policies to ensure we safeguard our customers' assets, maintain their privacy, act in their best interests, and ensure an effectively run function.
- Protect the Bank's assets and comply with all regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements.
- Complete complex and diverse tasks within given rules/limits and may include handling escalations from other employees.
- Analyze issues and determine next steps.
- Typically between 3 - 5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
