Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Agent to join our team at Duka Property Management Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that all lease agreements are met, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Supervise Staff: Recruit, train, and manage a team of rental agents, building superintendents, and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
  • Lease Administration: Ensure that all lease agreements are up-to-date, and that terms are met, including rent payments, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Contract Management: Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Financial Management: Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners, compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, and prepare expense and income reports.
  • Customer Service: Respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Supervision: 5-10 people
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check
  • Transportation/Travel: Public transportation is available, Work Term: Permanent, Work Language: English, Hours: 40 hours per week
