Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Agent to join our team at Duka Property Management Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that all lease agreements are met, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Supervise Staff: Recruit, train, and manage a team of rental agents, building superintendents, and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
  • Lease Administration: Ensure that all lease agreements are up-to-date, and that tenants are aware of their responsibilities and obligations.
  • Property Maintenance: Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and meet the highest standards.
  • Financial Management: Monitor the progress and cost of work for property owners, and prepare expense and income reports to ensure that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly to trouble calls from clients and tenants, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our clients and tenants are satisfied with our services.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Supervision: 5-10 people
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check
  • Transportation/Travel: Public transportation is available
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
