We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Admin to join our team at Forhyre. As a ServiceNow Admin, you will be responsible for providing hands-on support and implementation of the ServiceNow system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive Operations and Environment Maintenance: Ensure the ServiceNow system is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and Configure ServiceNow Enhancements: Design and implement custom configurations to meet the needs of our organization.
  • Issue Resolution and Communication: Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Collaborate with internal teams, leaders, customers, stakeholders, vendors, and external teams to achieve common goals.
  • Platform Architecture and Implementation: Work with teams to design and implement tools and plugins to enhance the ServiceNow platform.
  • CMDB Data Quality and KPIs: Define and monitor key performance indicators for CMDB data quality.
  • Knowledge Base and ADO Ticket Management: Utilize the Knowledge Base to find solutions to previous cases and ensure ADO tickets are properly updated.
  • Technical Documentation: Create clear and concise technical documentation to support the ServiceNow system.
  • Task Ownership and Adaptability: Take ownership of tasks, manage them through completion, and be proactive in seeking help when needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong ServiceNow Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow administration, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Office Productivity Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in Office products.
  • CMDB Management: Understand the principles of CMDB management.
  • Active Directory and Discovery Tools: Familiarity with Active Directory and Discovery Tools (Discovery and SCCM).
  • ADO and Analytical Skills: Understand ADO and possess basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interpersonal and Organizational Skills: Exhibit strong interpersonal and organizational skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • College Degree or Equivalent: Hold a college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
