Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and make a positive impression from arrival to departure
  • Optimize appointment schedules to minimize gaps and ensure a smooth patient flow
  • Manage patient calls and inquiries, including appointments, confirmations, and amendments
  • Process patient payments, send claims to insurance, and respond to fee inquiries
  • Manage patient records and charts, and maintain accurate and up-to-date information
  • Communicate effectively with patients and referring dentists to build trust and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the endodontic team to ensure efficient and effective patient care

About You:

  • Previous clinical experience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator is preferred
  • Knowledge of Abeldent Practice Management Software is required
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
