Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and experiences from arrival to departure
  • Optimize appointment schedules to minimize gaps and maximize productivity
  • Manage patient calls and inquiries, including appointments, confirmations, and amendments
  • Process patient payments, send claims to insurance, and respond to fee inquiries
  • Effectively manage the recall system and maintain accurate patient databases
  • Process referral letters and patient correspondence
  • Demonstrate active listening and empathy to patients using effective communication skills
