Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at BJH Holdings Ltd. as a Cashier.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Cash Register: Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, cheques, and credit/debit card payments.
- Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing, with a clean and organized counter area.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Process Returns and Exchanges: Handle customer returns and exchanges in a fair and efficient manner.
- Maintain Store Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on products, services, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Schedule: 35-40 hours per week.
