About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at North Nechako Foods. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products, identifying customer needs, and making recommendations.
  • Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including merchandising and displaying products in a way that maximizes sales.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating products.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
